
Our
manufacturing process is based on experienced and professional staff,
modern premises, and especially the CNC base machinery. Project
management methods for tool production are characterised by
flexibility, professionalism, credibility and high quality. Our core
expertise is in aluminium handling, 3D CAD/CAM and plastic technology.
Product manufacture starts at the pre-production department as a rule,
where our motivated workers cut and weld accurately measured panels for
the products. The bulk of the development is done by machine. Our
machinery includes CNC cutters and a machining centre as well as two
powerful, high-speed, five-axis CNC cutters that can cut any shape
desired, including larger pieces (max. dimensions 4000 x 2000 x 1080
mm). Our continuing investment in state-of-the-art CNC machine tools
and staff training ensures that the designed features are fully
achieved in our products - fast and efficiently.
Ultramodern CNC technology meets traditional handicraft in our assembly
and finishing department, where assembly is mostly done by hand.
Products are surface-coated and finished, followed by thorough testing
and a functional test. All moulds manufactured by us are measured by a
3D-measuring device and the measurement records are sent with the
product documents to prove that the product meets required standards.
We perform complete production line functional testing in our factories
and the customer is given the opportunity to observe it. After the
functional test has been approved, the product is delivered to the
customer. Installation, activation, comprehensive operating
instructions, documentation and user training are naturally all part of
the package.
