Reaction Injection Moulds (RIM) |

required to ensure the shortest possible cycle time for this
manufacturing process are accurate temperature control and even heat
conduction. Typical end products are mats for trucks where
additive-filled polyurethane is used. |

Foaming moulds |
| By back foaming the
mats you get a tight fit into the cabinet body. This again, both
dampens the noise as well as acts as a heat insulation layer further
improving the comfort of the truck cabin. |
