	Instrument panels, door linings, glove compartments and other surfaces of interior panels are other common products that use the thermoforming process.
	Reaction Injection Moulds (RIM)
	Reaction Injection is the most common manufacturing method used with non-propellant polyurethane raw material. Typical products for this production technique are car body parts, for example, bonnets, bumpers and various types of spoilers.
	Foaming moulds
	Common products made by the ’cold cure’-process are seat cushions for passenger cars and trucks. A rigid back foaming technique is used to manufacture the various interior panels such as instrument and door panels. Lightweight and stiffness are standard characteristics for these products.

	Inspection jigs
	With the Nortool inspection jigs our customers assures the correct fit and shape of the part into the car body as well as assures the correct positioning of the normally numerous through holes of the part.
