forming moulds for even the most demanding product, from small portable
cooler bag to large fridge freezers. Our experienced designers together
with the latest 3D planning software programs ensure that our moulds
and your finished product have the desired product shapes and
functionality. Our moulds are used for the interiors and doors of a
range of refrigerators and freezers, for instance. |

Foaming moulds |
| For high-quality
products and maximum profit it is crucial that the foaming moulds are,
and remain, accurately sized. Our moulds are accurately designed and
produced with equal precision. |

Integrated foaming moulds |
| In this application
the mould carrier is integrated with the mould itself. This application
is well suited for foaming parts of a difficult shape such as the
corner pieces of the display cases. |

Foaming lines |
| Loading conveyors,
pre-heating ovens, foaming presses with moulds, unloading conveyors and
entire control systems are part of our range. Together with our
customers we aim to reach solutions that maximise both production
quantity and quality and at the same time are economical, safe and take
account of the environmental factors that are of increasing importance
these days. Advanced automation ensures both safety and optimum economy
of production. |

The versatile Foaming line |
| With this type of
line it is possible to foam different cabinet bodies during the same
production cycle. The different moulds are travelling on a closed loop
conveyor equipped with a foaming station and an opening/closing station
where the moulds are opened and reloaded. The number of moulds
travelling on the conveyor can vary from three upwards. |

Product specific foaming lines |
| On this line a
specific product is foamed. However by changing the plug it is also
possible to make different types of cabinets on this line. The line is
thus typically equipped with a so called fast plug changing system
which makes the changover from one type to an other fast and easy. |

Foaming line for Display cases |
| In this type the
product to be foamed is loaded onto the pulled out plug. Once the plug
has been loaded it automatically moves into the outer mould. Several
different lengths of the product can be produced on this type line. |

Foaming line for Display cases |
| The product to be
foamed is pulled into the mould by an automatic inbuilt conveyor. As
the product has reached its position the book type mould is closed and
locked. The foaming itself can be either fully automatic or manual.
Also with this line several different lengths of the product can be
foamed. |
