Boilers are the latest successful addition to our portfolio. We import complete production lines and single moulds. The production lines require particular settings depending on the boiler size, ranging from 15 to 500 litres. The track-type line is very suitable for this, because different boiler sizes can be produced simultaneously without affecting production efficiency.

Our production process also involves sorting the foaming frames and delivering them to the foaming line using a roller conveyor, surface treatment of the foaming moulds (application of release agent), foaming directly into the mould, the foaming process itself and delivery of the ready-foamed boiler to the final assembly department.

Lines are mostly automated, which reduces the need for operational staff and guarantees an even production speed and quality. The control system ensures that the right mould receives the right quantity and that the foamed boiler ends on the correct assembly line.
